I am Krystine Nation, mother of 5 and wife to one (honestly, I could not handle more than one husband, they are hard work) For 8 years I was a social media content creator that built a following of over 200k, just by being real, and myself.

During this time, I did a degree in Health Promotion focusing on human behaviour and mental health, I truly believe that this helped in the success of my online presence. From here I got into public speaking, business partnerships and paid advertising. For the last 3 years I have been working as a social media specialist in a government agency.

This year I will be doing a post graduate Diploma in communications and hope to be able to help businesses on the side in my spare time (I love this shit) I built Scroll-Buddy Media, because I believe great marketing starts with being human. I am building a digital communications guide that helps businesses show up online with confidence, creativity, and authenticity, but also keep realistic with the desired outcomes. Whether you’re too busy to run your socials or you just need a friendly guide to help you master them yourself, I am here to make digital feel simple.

From content creation and storytelling to ad strategy and workshops, I aim to help brands connect with their audiences in a real, relatable way. I’m not about chasing trends for the sake of it, I’m about creating honest, engaging content that builds trust, grows communities, and makes your business proud to be seen online.
